As the season ends, we all feel sad, but also incredibly thankful to all of you.

For what are we grateful to our guests?

Mario (Restaurant Manager) – For the last few moments together just before you leave the hotel. When I see your bright smiles and satisfied expressions and I know we gave you a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Nadia (Restaurant) – For being unfailingly kind and polite – not just when everything was perfect, but also when we made mistakes. Thank you for understanding that we are just people doing their best.

Elena (General Manager) – I’m thankful for the chance of meeting people from all walks of life, from different countries, cultures and professions. People who truly make a difference in the world and who chose to share their experiences with us.

Davide (Reception Manager) – For bringing your good vibes to us and to our hotel. Every day we spent together, you showed us your unending love for life and adventure. You reminded us of all the good things in life.

Francesca (Reception) – For always being polite, kind and funny. For sharing with us your stories and experiences and making us laugh, even during our more difficult days. Your happiness and your trust in the future were infectious.

Stefania (Housekeeping) – I’m grateful for your warmth and your kind-heartedness. For always being respectful and treating everybody as equals and not just as members of the staff.

Leopoldo, Gregorio and Arcibaldo (Cats) – We wish to thank you for our daily scratches, for playing with us and for appreciating our gifts. But most of all, for not disturbing us while we were sleeping in the most improbable of places.

Viola (Farm Manager, also a goat) – For giving us so much bread.
