Oltre che per la forma, i tipi di pasta italiana si distinguono anche per la farina utilizzata, per la presenza &#8211; o l&#8217;assenza &#8211; di uova nell&#8217;impasto, per il fatto che sia fresca o secca. <\/p><p>Alcuni tipi di pasta italiana, come gli Agnolotti, i Tortellini e i Ravioli, sono ripieni di carne, formaggio, funghi o La prima menzione registrata dei Pici \u00e8 un basso rilievo trovato su un sarcofago etrusco, il che li rende antichi di migliaia di anni.<br>Curiosit\u00e0, parte seconda: ufficialmente, in Italia esistono pi\u00f9 di 300 tipi di pasta. <\/p><p>Quindi, quando verrai in Italia, avrai la tua ampia scelta di pasta.
