A la mi-juin, les fleurs font place aux fruits, mais il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019attendre la fin du mois d\u2019octobre pour que les olives soient pr\u00eates \u00e0 \u00eatre r\u00e9colt\u00e9es. Pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment en cette p\u00e9riode de l\u2019ann\u00e9e vous pouvez sentir dans l\u2019air leur ar\u00f4me aigre-doux particulier.<\/p>\n<p>Ici \u00e0 Badia di Pomaio nous \u00e9talons nos filets apr\u00e8s la fin de la saison touristique.
