Bien avant la construction de la Badia di Pomaio, la vie dans la montagne \u00e9tait centr\u00e9e sur le culte pa\u00efen de l&rsquo;eau. La source situ\u00e9e au sommet de la montagne \u00e9tait consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme miraculeuse, notamment pour sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 gu\u00e9rir les maladies.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Bien que l&rsquo;eau ne soit plus v\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e comme elle l&rsquo;\u00e9tait dans les si\u00e8cles pass\u00e9s, \u00e0 la Badia di Pomaio, nous prenons toujours au s\u00e9rieux la protection de nos r\u00e9serves. Nous disposons de notre propre puits, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel et le restaurant tirent l&rsquo;eau dont ils ont besoin. Cette eau est filtr\u00e9e naturellement et ne contient pas de produits chimiques. Nous en avons fait une opportunit\u00e9.
