Adem\u00e1s de por la forma, los tipos de pasta italiana tambi\u00e9n se distinguen por la harina utilizada, por la presencia -o ausencia- de huevos en la masa, por si es fresca o seca. <\/p><p>Algunos tipos de pasta italiana, como los Agnolotti, los Tortellini y los Ravioli, est\u00e1n rellenos de carne, queso, setas o La primera menci\u00f3n registrada de los Pici es un bajorrelieve encontrado en un sarc\u00f3fago etrusco, lo que hace que tengan miles de a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad.<br>Dato curioso, segunda parte: oficialmente, en Italia existen m\u00e1s de 300 tipos de pasta. <\/p><p>As\u00ed que, cuando vengas a Italia, tendr\u00e1s tu amplia elecci\u00f3n de pasta.
