Mucho antes de que se construyera Badia di Pomaio, la vida en la monta\u00f1a giraba en torno al culto pagano al agua. El manantial situado en la cima de la monta\u00f1a se consideraba milagroso, sobre todo por su capacidad para curar enfermedades.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aunque ya no se venera el agua como en siglos pasados, en Badia di Pomaio seguimos tom\u00e1ndonos en serio la protecci\u00f3n de nuestras reservas. Tenemos nuestro propio pozo, del que tanto el hotel como el restaurante reciben el agua que necesitan. Nosotros lo convertimos en una oportunidad.
