Lange bevor Badia di Pomaio gebaut wurde, drehte sich das Leben auf dem Berg um den heidnischen Kult des Wassers. Die Quelle auf dem h\u00f6chsten Punkt des Berges galt als wundert\u00e4tig, vor allem wegen ihrer F\u00e4higkeit, Krankheiten zu heilen.  <\/p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">Obwohl Wasser nicht mehr so verehrt wird wie in fr\u00fcheren Jahrhunderten, nehmen wir in Badia di Pomaio den Schutz unserer Reserven immer noch ernst. Wir haben einen eigenen Brunnen, aus dem sowohl das Hotel als auch das Restaurant das ben\u00f6tigte Wasser beziehen. Wir haben dies als Chance genutzt.
